Dr. Anil K. Dubey, PhD, HCLD - Scientific Director
Dr. Anil K. Dubey is a renowned scientific director and pioneer in IVF with over 40 years of experience. He is the author of Infertility: Diagnosis, Management, and IVF. Dr. Dubey has served as a professor and lab director at esteemed institutions, including The George Washington University, Tufts University, and Virginia Commonwealth University.
Dr. Rosa Cruz, MD - Medical Director
Dr. Cruz is a board-certified specialist in Obstetrics & Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility. A graduate of the University of Puerto Rico Medical Sciences Campus, she completed her OB/GYN residency at the University Hospital in Río Piedras and a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Rutgers Medical School in New Jersey.
She serves as Director of GREFI and leads the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology at the University of Puerto Rico, where she is also an Associate Professor. Additionally, she holds an ad honorem Associate Professorship at the Ponce School of Medicine.
Dr. Cruz is the only physician in Puerto Rico to have achieved dual board recertification in both OB/GYN and Reproductive Endocrinology. She has published extensively in medical journals across Puerto Rico and the United States.
Dr. Cruz is known for her warm, compassionate bedside manner, taking time to guide patients through every step of their care. She and Dr. Dubey have collaborated closely for the past 25 years, working together to provide exceptional, patient-centered reproductive care.
